eTutoring (File Sharing)
Use our Appointment System
To schedule an appointment, use the Jayhawk GPS Navigate Student App or log into Jayhawk GPS via the Navigate360 website using your KU single sign-on.
Follow the directions on our Appointments page to book an appointment in Jayhawk GPS.
You can find a list of upcoming appointments in Jayhawk GPS under the Appointments tab.
In-person Appointments
In-person appointment are on-campus appointments. To attend your in-person appointment, please come to our location in Anschutz Library on the 4th floor, room 424. Please check in with our front desk.
Late Arrivals: You must arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be treated as a no-show, and we will not be able to conduct the appointment.
Videoconference Appointments
To attend a videoconference appointment, join the Zoom link provided by email. You must have a working microphone to talk with your consultant. We also encourage you to use your video.
Late Arrivals: You must arrive on time for your appointment in Zoom. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be treated as a no-show, and we will not be able to conduct the appointment.
eTutoring Appointments
eTutoring is an asynchronous appointment for written feedback on a shared file. You do not need to show up at the time of your appointment. Instead, fill out the survey in the appointment confirmation, and attach your document at the link below before the start time of the appointment.
If the survey is not completed with an attached document before the appointment starts, the appointment will be considered a no-show.
At the end of the appointment time, you will receive an email with your feedback attached.
If you need to cancel your appointment,
- Log into the Jayhawk GPS (Navigate) website at jayhawkgps.ku.edu or the phone app. Go to the website or app and log in with your KU single sign-on.
- Go to the Appointments tab and click on the appointment you want to cancel.
- At the bottom right of the appointment details, click “Cancel Appointment.”
- Choose one of the reasons from the dropdown menu, and click “Cancel Appointment.”
- Once you have canceled your appointment, you may sign up for a new one.

- Log in to Jayhawk GPS.
- Go to “My Docs” on either the app or website/web platform.
- Click on “Appointment Summaries” to see notes from your Center for Learning and Writing Support appointments. Note that the document with eTutoring feedback will be sent through email at the end of the appointment time.
